Refund Policy
Subscription Fees
Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Annual Subscriptions: Refundable within 7 days of purchase on a pro-rated basis.
After 7 Days: No refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions.
Transaction and Processing Fees
Transaction fees for completed invoice processing are non-refundable.
Once an invoice has been processed through our compliance workflow, the associated fees cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact billing@orvaga.site within the eligible period.
Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if the service has been actively used beyond the trial period.
Refunds may be denied if Terms of Service have been violated.
Refunds may be denied if fraudulent activity is detected.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds are subject to the terms specified in your individual contract.
