We provide a professional "Compliance Layer" that sits between vendors and clients to ensure invoices are tracked, acknowledged, and paid on time using our proprietary Reputation Scoring system.

Is Orvaga a payment gateway?

No. Orvaga does not process payments directly. Clients pay vendors directly through their preferred methods (UPI, NEFT, RTGS). Orvaga verifies that the payment has occurred and updates the compliance record. We never hold your money.

Is this legal in India?

Yes. Orvaga operates under the framework of the MSMED Act, 2006, which mandates timely payments to micro and small enterprises. Our workflows are designed to be legally admissible evidence of debt acknowledgement and default.

How much does it cost?

Apps are free to try for the first 10 invoices. After that, our plans start at ₹299/month. We do NOT take any commission from your invoice principal amount. You keep 100% of what you earn.

How does the "Reputation Score" help me get paid?

Clients care about their market reputation. When you send an invoice via Orvaga, the client knows that a delay will negatively impact their public OIN Reputation Score. This creates a strong "nudge" to prioritize your payment over others who are just sending emails.

What happens if a client refuses to pay?

If a client defaults after the 45-day MSME window, Orvaga generates a "Default Report". This document is vital if you choose to pursue legal recourse or file a Samadhaan grievance. We provide the evidence; you take the action.

What is an OIN Card?

The Orvaga Identification Number (OIN) Card is your business identity on our platform. It displays your payment history and reliability score. A high score (Green OIN) acts as a trust badge that tells vendors you are a "Safe Payer".

Can I dispute an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a vendor sends an invoice, you receive a notification. You can "Acknowledge" or "Dispute" it immediately. Disputing pauses the clock and prevents the invoice from affecting your score until resolved.

We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. We do not sell your client lists or financial data to third parties. Your privacy is paramount.
